Cottonsie™ has designed an eco-friendly disposable diaper that is constructed with natural cotton components, while performing just as well as conventional diapers in preventing leaks and keeping moisture away from your baby’s skin. While our diapers do contain some synthetic ingredients for functionality, these have been significantly reduced compared to standard disposable diapers. In fact, Cottonsie™ has replaced all of the plastic used in the top sheet, back sheet, acquisition distribution layer (ADL) and core wrap in a conventional diaper with soft, natural cotton. This enhanced airflow helps promote a healthier microclimate by reducing trapped moisture and heat.

Our mission is to provide consumers with alternatives that allow them to reduce the use of plastic, a synthetic material that is clogging up landfills and adding toxicity to the environment. Plastic diapers are simply unsustainable, and ideally, will be replaced with eco-friendly versions that are made from natural, biodegradable materials.
With our eco-friendly diaper, we prove it’s possible to manufacture a premium, high-performance diaper that is mainly constructed from natural and biodegradable ingredients – at a reasonable price. It was a lofty goal, but with our patent-pending technology, it’s one we knew we could achieve!
